With the mighty Persian army, under the command of the Great King Xerxes, poised to sweep in and conquer Greece, a small band of 300 Spartan warriors - under the command of their King Leonidas - must hold the pass at Thermopylae at all costs."300" is based on a true event, the Battle of Thermopylae, which took place in August of 480 B.C. in Greece. King Leonidas took his personal fighting force of 300 Spartans to their certain death to fight against the invading Persian army of King Xerxes. The Persians had an army of over a million men with the intent to enslave the people of Greece and make it part of the Persian Empire. This small force of brave men along with some Greek allies blocked the Thermopylae Pass which was the only road that King Xerxes could travel to get to the major Greek cities. The Spartan's last stand showed the world their extraordinarily valor and great sacrifice against tremendous odds which united all of Greece to defeat the Persian invaders.

After many comedy movies like Hera Pheri, Hungama, Hulchul, and Malammal Weekly Priyadarshan is geared up in his laughing boots yet again to present an eventful extravaganza Dhol, filled with all the elements of a spicy Priyadarshan entertainer.The film has been largely inspired by a Malayalam film titled Harihar Nagar.Priyadarshan the director takes the David Dhawan route of entertaining the audience, but packs it with his own brand of wit and humour that one witnessed in his earlier flick Malamal Weekly.It’s a story of four friends who embark on a journey.Things go out of hand as confusion prevails and chaos reigns supreme.

DHOL is a hilarious tale of four boys PAKYA (Sharman Joshi), SAM (Tushar Kapoor), GOTI (Kunal Khemu) & MARU (Rajpal Yadav) who want to make it big in life with the least possible effort. They have been doing all sorts of jobs with hardly any money.They decide that the only way to get rich (without working too hard) is to marry a rich girl.To their good fortune, a rich girl ( Tanushree Dutta ) moves into their neighborhood with her grandparents.
All these four friends try various tricks to to get close to the girl including impressing her grandparents but somehow nothing goes right as Tanushree ignores them.Then, to their utter surprise, the four discover that Tanushree is trying to solve a mystery. Instantly, they plan to help her to win her heart.Even though ‘Dhol’ follows Priyan’s tried and tested formula of comedy, the movie does have a number of well-executed sequences that will have you in splits.
One of these scenes is when the four friends, eager to help Tanushree, spray water on her house, thinking it is on fire when in reality there is a havan puja going on inside. Another scene is when the four guys push Tanushree’s grandfather’s car off a cliff.All in all priyadarshan brings you ‘DHOL’, a funny & thrilling story of love, money, greed, crime, murder & suspense, woven together by a number of funny & comic situations.Yet, the movie is not a bad watch.

“Heyy Babyy” is a comic jape that has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by director turned comedian Sajid Khan (Ekke Pe Ekka fame). The film stars Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh and Indian beauty Vidya Balan. The film seems to be inspired from the Hollywood block buster the Three Men and a Baby. The story of this movie is about three bachelors – Arush ( Akshay Kumar ), Ali ( Fardeen Khan ) and Tanmay ( Ritesh Deshmukh ). But a small tragedy opens up their eyes.Aroush, Tanmay and Ali know a thing or two about women, but when it comes to babies, they’re total zeroes and this bouncing bundle of joy is anything but joyous.Afterward, they transform into father figures for the baby, who becomes the focal point of their lives.
But beautiful Esha [Vidya Balan] will have none of it. She has known heart break once and will do anything to avenge that betrayal. On the whole, ‘Heyy Babyy’ packs in enough masala and emotion to keep you entertained throughout its running time.All the characters have performed wll in their respective roles.The title song with 15 Bollywood hotties and cameos of Shah Rukh Khan and Anupam Kher add an extra zing to the movie. Interestingly, SRK’s cameo is intelligently conceived by Sajid.

The film begins with Hrithik and a train robbery in Nambia, wherein Hrithik in the guise of the highness robs the crown, after which there is a fight scene between him and the guard on the top the train. After the robbery Hrithik leaves his signature ‘A’ on the robbery scene.Bips(ACP) is send to join up with Abhi and Uday to catch the international robber who after every robbery leaves behind the alphabhet A.
In this way there are four robberies three of them before the interval and one after the interval. For every robbery Hrithik dons a disguise and after robbing also there are disguises used by him while getting away. During one such robbery he meets Ash and they both rob together but Ash is napped by Abi and Bips where hrithik saves her. Later she convinces HR to make her his partner which he does and falls in love with her.
Ash is actually working for Abhi as she was gonna be jailed and Abhi told her to help him nap A then she wont be jailed. HR and Ash are planning a big robbery which Ash tell abhi about and she was to signal him after the end but HR sees her with Abhi.
Then at gunpoint he makes Ash admit that she is with the cops which she admits to.
After the last robbery there is a motobike chase after which HR is caught by Abhi and to be arrested but HR pleads with Ash to shoot him as he would rather die by her hand than be captured or killed by Abhi.
Ash shoots HR and he falls off the cliff. Does he die?
